Sephadex LH-20 (1kg)
Hydroxypropyl Sephadex, featuring both hydrophilic and lipophilic properties, can be used in aqueous phases and organic solvents. It separates lipophilic small molecules, natural products, steroids and others based on molecular size, with a fractionation range of approximately 100–4000 Da.
Sephadex LH-60 (1kg)
Hydroxypropyl dextran gel is suitable for gel filtration of larger molecules in organic phases, with a fractionation range of approximately 100–10000 Da. It is commonly used for the fractionation and purification of natural products and lipophilic macromolecules.
Sephadex G-10 (1kg)
Cross-linked dextran gel has a fractionation range below 700 Da. It is mainly used for desalting, removal of small-molecule impurities and sample pretreatment.
Sephadex G-15 (1kg)
Cross-linked dextran gel has a fractionation range below 1500 Da. It is used for desalting, buffer exchange and separation of small-molecule peptides.
Sephadex G-25 (1kg)
Cross-linked dextran gel has a fractionation range of 1000–5000 Da. It is the most commonly used medium for desalting and buffer exchange, and also possesses the capability for separation of small molecules.
Sephadex G-50 (1kg)
Cross-linked dextran gel has a fractionation range of 1500–30000 Da. It is used for desalting, separation and purification of small proteins and peptides.
Sephadex G-75 (1kg)
Cross-linked dextran gel has a fractionation range of 3000–80000 Da. It is suitable for gel filtration of medium molecular weight proteins and aggregate removal.
Sephadex G-100 (1kg)
Cross-linked dextran gel has a fractionation range of 4000–150000 Da. It is used for the separation and purification of medium and large molecular weight proteins.
Sepharose 2B (1L)
2% agarose gel has an exclusion limit of approximately 4×10⁷ Da (for proteins). It is suitable for the separation of virus particles, macromolecular complexes and ultra-large molecules.
Sepharose 4B (1L)
4% agarose gel has an exclusion limit of approximately 2×10⁷ Da (for proteins). It is widely used for gel filtration of proteins, polysaccharides and nucleic acid macromolecules.
Sepharose 6B (1L)
6% agarose gel has an exclusion limit of approximately 4×10⁶ Da (for proteins). It is suitable for the separation of moderately large molecular weight proteins and complexes.
Sepharose CL-2B (1L)
Cross-linked agarose gel 2B exhibits improved chemical stability after cross-linking. It is resistant to urea, guanidine hydrochloride and some organic solvents, and suitable for the separation of macromolecules under denaturing conditions.
Sepharose CL- 4B (1L)
Cross-linked agarose gel 4B features improved mechanical strength and chemical stability. It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for the separation of macromolecular proteins and complexes.
Sepharose CL-6B (1L)
Cross-linked agarose gel 6B is widely used as a coupling matrix for affinity chromatography, and also suitable for gel filtration of medium and large molecules.
Sepharose 4FF (1L)
4% agarose fast flow gel adopts a large particle size and high flow rate design. It is suitable for preparative-scale gel filtration and capture purification in large-scale applications.
