Probe-Based qPCR Master Mix Lyophilized Beads, Customizable for Specific Primers and Scalable Production
Product Introduction
This product is a lyophilized bead formulation of a fluorescent quantitative PCR reaction mix, suitable for multiplex reaction systems. It consists of hot-start Taq DNA polymerase(antibody-modified), a UDG/dUTP contamination prevention system, Mg2+,PCR buffer, stabilizers, and other components. It is suitable for various real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments. The hot-start enzyme contained in the product is blocked by antibodies and remains inactive at room temperature, and is activated under high-temperature conditions. After lyophilization, the product maintains stable performance and can be stored at 2–8°C for long-term preservation under dry conditions.
Instructions for Use
1. Preparation: Bring the primers, probes, purified water, template DNA, and other
components to room temperature. Mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge before use.
2. Prepare the reaction mixture according to the following table:
| Component | Volume (µL) | Final Concentration |
|---|
| GUeasy Probe-Based qPCR Master Mix Lyophilized Bead | 1 bead | 1× |
| Primer Mix | Dilute according to stock solution concentration | 0.2–1 µM |
| Probe Mix | Dilute according to stock solution concentration | 0.1–0.5 µM |
| Template | According to experimental requirements | - |
| ddH2O | Up to 25 µL | - |
3. Mix the reaction mixture thoroughly, then add 25 µL to the reaction tube
and perform the assay on the PCR instrument.
4. Recommended PCR Program:
| Cycle Step | Temperature | Time | Number of Cycles |
|---|
| Pre-denaturation | 95°C | 1–2 min | 1 |
| Denaturation | 95°C | 5–15 sec | 45 |
| Annealing / Extension | 55–60°C | 30 sec |
Storage Conditions
Store at 2–8°C in a dry and light-protected environment. Shelf life: 2 years.
