Product Introduction
This product is a lyophilized bead formulation of a fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR reaction mix. It contains Mg2+, dNTPs, reverse transcriptase, hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, TS-UDG enzyme, RNase inhibitor, and other factors that inhibit nonspecific PCR amplification and improve the amplification efficiency of multiplex qPCR reactions. It ensures efficient amplification while allowing multiple reactions to be performed simultaneously. After lyophilization, the product maintains stable performance and can be stored at 2–8°C for long-term preservation under dry conditions.
Instructions for Use
1. Preparation: Bring the primers, probes, purified water, template, and other
components to room temperature. Mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge before use.
2. Prepare the reaction mixture according to the following table:

3. Mix the reaction mixture thoroughly, then add 25 µL to the reaction tube
and perform the assay on the PCR instrument.
